     Your dreams should be sweet but your before-bed diet shouldn't. Foods to avoid before going to bed:

3. Spicy food

     Chili is spicy and may end up causing heartburn while you're sleeping. Avoid eating spicy food at night, its good during the day but it's not before going to bed, because it could leave you lying awake in your bed staring into the ceiling all night long.

4. Cheeseburger

     Fast food cheeseburger is far from a healthy meal and it can also affect your sleep. Excess fat stimulates the production of gastric acid, which can cause acid reflux. If you don't want to experience waking up in the middle of the night because of acid reflux, skip the cheeseburger for supper or dinner.

     Milk contains amino acid tryptophan, a precursor to your brain chemical serotonin which can help you to go sleep.
2. Cherries

     Cherries are one of the few natural foods to contain melatonin, the chemical that helps control our body's internal clock. Consuming cherry can also help people who are experiencing insomnia.

3. Bananas

     It contains magnesium and calcium that relax and repair your muscles. Consume this before going to bed to ensure a peaceful beauty rest.

4. Turkey

     Turkey contain trytophan, which can regulates the product quality and tempo of your rest. try to eat turkey before going to bed and you will drift faster.
